MaryAnn has a 30-year career of business ownership in the services sector. In 2004, she was first introduced to the mortgage industry by a dear friend, and she says, “I was instantly hooked!” It fuels my passion for service to others and challenges my desire to always be learning.

It really takes a well-educated mortgage broker who has the resources to meet the challenge. MaryAnn dedicates time each week, month and year to a variety of educational opportunities hosted by her many lender partners and service providers. She is also a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals (FAMP).

In short “It’s all about Integrity, communication, and having a client-first agenda” MaryAnn states. “Obviously, the goal is to get clients into a home that meets their dreams and goals, that’s job #1” But it’s also critical to educate and communicate with my borrowers, and everyone involved in the transaction and to ensure that my borrowers are happy and successful long into the future. If for some reason I am unable to get someone prequalified, I make sure that I help them with a plan to get there.
